ORDERS & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through your account.
After your payment is verified, we start working on your order immediately. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you are always informed about your order whereabouts.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with all original tags attached.

1.Within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at info@boutiquemontreal.com to let us know which item(s) you’d like to exchange.
2.Our dedicated team will provide you with clear, personalized return instructions.
3.Follow the instructions to complete your return smoothly and securely.
Once your returned items have arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You can track your return using the tracking details provided by your chosen carrier, which will show when the package reaches our warehouse. The 10-business-day processing period begins once your return is delivered. After your refund has been issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you haven’t received it after this period, please contact us at info@boutiquemontreal.com so we can look into it for you.
